Need A Longterm Video Editor

I have a YouTube channel (Gents Scents) that focuses on men's fragrances through lists, reviews and sometimes "react" style videos. I currently have over 360k subscribers and do daily uploads so there's always a steady flow of videos that need editing.

I do currently have editors that I work with but I need a new editor that can come in and take on some of the work and hopefully improve upon the base that my current editors have set. Most videos are about 20 minutes of raw footage, sometimes a little less and sometimes a little more. Overall it isn't crazy difficult work or anything as it's mainly "talking head" style videos with effects or pictures added for flavor but I would like to improve upon my current editing if possible.
