Mobile App explainer video (graphic animation)

Hello,
I would like to create an explainer video for my app. 'Homely Care' consolidates medical home care providers onto one platform, empowering users to hire a variety of home-nursing service. The video concept is to go through the customer journey of a satisfied customer, patient, service provider and nurse - highlighting the benefits and features provided by the app.

I have attempted to prepare a script for a video no longer than 5 minutes long.

Unfortunately, time is not on my side and would have to prepare this project in a couple of days.

Please help!
