Merging 2 videos

I need 2 short videos merged and combined with a voice-over with my own music over it.

•voice over will be left unedited• once video NE_WEAR_CUT_DOWN finishes, transition into the next video NE_WEAR_TUTORIAL_SWIS721. and cut it at 00.00.06, to transition• to TEXT: " N E slides: The future of Footwear" (to be visible for an Instagram video)•The instrumental BLITZ BEAT ANDREW AD is to on top of the total video----reduce bass or volume of the music when the bass kicks in at 00.00:19----And then fade the music out at the 00.00:36 mark.
