Make online video tutorials for my web system

I have an online system for which I wish to create video tutorials, I don’t have manual written about these features, I want someone to create videos of different functionalities and upload them on you tube.
I will explain the features in detail on skype or via email to the person and then in return I wish to have voice enabled video created of that feature which I can forward to my clients to educate them about my system.

Videos can simply be like online tutorial available on you tube, I have created an example video like below,
