Looking for Video Editor – Short and Long form content

I’m looking for a skilled video editor for both short-form content (TikTok / Reels / Shorts) and long-form videos (YouTube-style).

Requirements:
Portfolio required – please include previous work.
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and retention
Reliable, independent, and communicative
Reasonable rates
Content in Spanish & Arabic (subtitles in both languages)

Plus:
Have access to a high quality stock vid-photos website ex Artlist/envato "for B-rolls"

Workload:
At least 12 videos/month (mix of short and long)
Test edit might be required: selected raw footage will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
