Looking for Video Editor – Short and Long form content

I’m currently looking for a skilled video editor to collaborate with on both short-form content (TikTok / Reels / Shorts) and long-form videos (YouTube-style).

TEST IS REQUIRED
I can provide selected raw footage and materials, and I’m asking shortlisted candidates to complete a test edit so I can evaluate style, pacing, storytelling, and overall quality. After that, we’ll move forward with ongoing work for the right fit.
Type of content: Travel, vlogs, explanatory, tips
At least we'll start with 12 vids a month "Mix short and long"

What I’m looking for:
Strong sense of pacing and retention
Clean cuts and engaging storytelling
Experience with short-form vertical videos
Ability to edit longer narrative-driven videos
Good communication and reliability
Reasonable prices
Content will be in Spanish and Arabic "Subtitles will be in these Languages"
