Looking for a video editor for Youtube videos

I'm looking for someone to edit our Youtube videos this is an example of a recent video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S6D_GKh6NHM you can also see the channel and check out some others.

I need someone that is happy to work with shared folders in Dropbox or Google Drive (or any other workflow you can suggest).

I'll provide the raw clips for each video and a script for the video which has a rough outline of the video, I also number the clips in order and we have a set of branded transitions, lower thirds etc to use for the videos but open to additional transitions / ideas.

I need someone to edit the videos together 4 per month (1 a week) mostly under 10mins with some going a little over and a version of each ideally for LinkedIn also which would be the same without the end screen and mentions of subscribing.

I can get my colleague to source the B-roll for the videos unless this is something else you are happy to do (please mention if quoting for this or without this)

Ideally start soon, will want someone that has experience with Youtube videos.

Things that would be good but not essential

- Able to provide the srt file for captions of each video
- Happy to upload the video to Youtube with caption I can provide and add the relevant timestamps in the comments
