Looking for a long-term editor for my YouTube videos

Hi,

I have recently started a YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/c/DavidandAbbie1/) and I'm looking for a new editor. With the editor I currently have, I've been averaging around 2 videos per month, but I'm looking to increase this to 1 video each week.

I also work full time running my businesses in the UK, and I'm finding it increasingly difficult to make time for filming and editing alongside the day job.

A strong understanding of storytelling is essential, as is the ability to hold the viewer's attention, use speed ramps, colour correct, sound effects, animations etc.

Initially, I will help with a rough script, music, some structure etc, but over time I am looking for someone who will learn the style and be able to take the reigns.

Videos are typically 10-20 minutes long. In your response, please include how long you think it would typically take you to edit this length of travel video.

In terms of software, I have a little more experience with Premiere Pro, but it's definitely not a dealbreaker and I'm happy to learn the basics of other software. Most of the files will be 4K (and can be up to 120fps) so the computer/internet to handle these is vital.
I can supply the files through Google Drive or any other sharing software and make comments through Frame IO.

I am open to either an hourly rate or a fixed price per video.
