Long-term video editor for YouTube videos

I am looking for a long-term YouTube video editor.

I'm a YT newbie, but given I work long hours in my day job, I need support with editing my YT videos from day one.

I'd like to create one video per week. The topics will broadly revolve around navigating change across different areas of life.

In terms of the editing style, I'm flexible as long as it reflects the vibe of my website - simple, minimal, not over the top (see attachments for the feel of the website).

I don't really care about how much experience you have as long as you can consistently produce high-quality output, are attentive to detail and reliable.

That said, your responsibilities would include:
- Editing and enhancing raw 4K footage to create engaging YouTube videos
- Syncing the footage with an external audio file
- Incorporating graphics and potentially some animations to make the video more engaging
- Ensuring seamless transitions and adding subtitles or captions as necessary
- Collaborating with me as needed, which might mean jumping on an occasional video call
- Ideally, I would love to work with someone who can help with thumbnail creation as well
