I need up to 4 short educational videos per month

I am looking for a freelancer to support with making up to 4 video production per month, as I am looking to grow my children's educational Youtube channel. I would like to build a playlist of basic short children educational videos. The videos need to be anything between 30 seconds - 1 minute long. My budget will be £50 for the 30 seconds one and £100 for the 1 minute one. I require these to be made a month in advance.

Please note these videos are based on children's cartoon characters that I design and you will be provided with the images for the scenes, the content and story board.
