I need titles and images added to my YouTube video

I have a 1 minute 10 second video where I'm speaking to the camera.

I want text, images, screen grabs, and possibly animation to be added to the screen while I'm speaking to the audience. I will provide the images and text. I need someone to add them in the video.

I can provide creative control or you can have creative control.

More: I'm looking for someone to work with on a more consistent basis.
I will be requiring these video edit jobs on a consistent basis, like 1x / 2 weeks.

Example: I'm uploading a screenshot example of me speaking to the audience with captions/text only. This does not have images, screen grabs, or animation, which I want for this next one.
