I need someone with professional video editing skills to edit Wedding videos

I have been making all the wedding videos for my company for over 6 years, however, due to unforeseen circumstances I require someone to jump in. This job is for one project, however, if the result is great then you will be presented with a few more projects. The budget for his job is adjustable but not a lot, more money will be offered if your work/experience/skills warrants it.

What you need:
Knowledge & Experience in Wedding editing, especially Hindu weddings (samples required)
Ability to replicate my editing structure & style, while bringing your own creativity (I will provide you with finish videos as reference guides once you've been selected)
Colour correction/grading & audio leveling.
Capability to download 300-500gb of footage and trans-code footage on your side.
Edit on a mac on Final cut 7 pro (this isn't essential but it would make life much easier).
Create an enjoyable & watchable full length video (this can be anywhere from 1hr in duration to 3hrs)
Give accurate & quick turnaround times.
Revisions will be needed
