I need someone to put together a creative and funny video

Hello,

I'm looking for someone who can help to produce a short video.

I have about 15 short videos (ranging from 30 seconds to 3 minutes each) and I'm looking for someone who can edit these and compile them into one video. The completed video should be no more than 4-5 minutes.

I would need someone to be able to do the following:
- Compile all the videos into one video. Each one will have to be edited and cut, and parts of one video clip may appear in several parts of the overall video
- Subtitles/ text to be added
- Music in the backgound & volume reduced when someone is speaking
- Maybe some special effects ( but not essential and still tbc)

I would be able to send you a PowerPoint presentation with the concept and the order in which I would like each clip to feature with the timings, & text. I'm hoping to be able to send this by the 11th August, and I would need to have this completed by the 20th August.

I am based in Central London, if you are local to the area, i would be happy to meet to go through the concept and idea of the video.
