I need someone to cut clips & subtitles to longer form content.

I'm looking for an editor to cut clips from longer form content and add subtitles, who works in India or South East Asia as a lot of editing will be needed during night time UK time.

I'm on the look out to work with two editors regularly on an ongoing basis.

In your response it would be great if you could tell me how much it would cost for the following:

Subtitles on 3 x 60 second clip
10 90second clips cut from an hour video (timestamps provided) cut from landscape to portrait and subtitles added.
