I need some video editing done

I have a video file and I would like it chopped up into short clips.

I have a video which is 20 minutes long, and i want 8-9 chunks chopped out and made into stand alone short bit sized videos.
Each will have a short intro -which will be 10 seconds of the original video and a sentence to put what I am saying in context.

Then they will have a short call to action in words at the end of the clip. Each clip will be around 90-120 seconds all in.
