I need help editing a short video documentary

I recently went to Havana for the art biennial and I made a couple of interviews with some artists. I'd like to turn these into short videos. Initially I'd like to start with one, then go from there. I've already had a go at editing these myself, so I can send what I've done already, plus the raw footage, which amounts to about 15 minutes. My version is just over 5 minutes. Most of the footage is an interview with an artist, so it should be a fairly straightforward job. but I'd like to see what someone professional can come up with. I'm a freelance journalist, so I understand the creative and editorial process. I'm just not that skilled at video editing, so would really like some help with this.
