I need an experienced video editor.

We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative video editor to transform our Zoom-recorded videos into engaging, professional content for social media. Our team is producing more video content than ever, and we need someone who can elevate our edits with transitions, animations, sound effects, and compelling thumbnails.

The Initial Requirement
Whilst we are looking for someone for an initial project, we are hopeful we can find someone to work with on a longer term part time weekly basis.

For the initial project, you'll be editing 8 short-form videos (around 2 minutes each) to enhance engagement and professionalism.
Adding smooth transitions, text overlays, animations, and relevant images where necessary.
Improving audio quality and incorporating subtle sound effects to enhance storytelling.
Creating attention-grabbing intros and outros to reinforce our brand identity.
Designing high-quality custom thumbnails to drive clicks and engagement.
Ensuring videos are optimised for social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram).

Who We're Looking For
Proven experience in video editing for social media (please provide examples).
Deep understanding of creating compelling video content that holds attention.
Strong design skills for thumbnails and on-screen graphics.
Excellent written and spoken English (as accuracy in subtitles and messaging is key).
Fast turnaround time – available on short notice and able to meet tight deadlines.
Creative mindset – someone who can suggest ideas and improve the quality of our content.
This is a part-time project to begin with, but there’s potential for ongoing work if you impress us!
