I need an Animation

I need an Animation created of a book. I am happy for you to use something along the lines of the following: https://videohive.net/item/magazine-maker-element-3d/19627387?s_rank=8 to create the animation.

I need the book "book one (Leonardo)" to open to the first page: "This is my story" (pg2 of 17 in PDF). I need the words "This is my story" to enlarge slightly and sparkle and then return to the correct size.

Then I need the pages of the book to flick to the page of Leonardo on the bicycle (pg9 of 17 in PDF). I need Leonardo to move out of the book (as in Footage_Render folder DAVINCI_ANI.mov).

I have all of the assets for the above animation ready to go as PDFs and a couple of examples of the style we are looking for. I'm looking for this animation to have no background and be in 1080p 50fps Pro Res size.
