I need a video editor

We are beginning to produce online video content and I need someone reasonably priced who I can send video files to for editing. On some of the videos assets may be required (have many, may need to buy some) to add to the video. Also as well as front and end slates with jingles. (I have some front and end slates already and bought jingles/mp3's/music) I may need one or two more created. Please note, you need to have relatively fast turnaround and be extremely reliable. I have no job at the moment but will have lots coming up in the future and I want to see what type of candidates are suitable and around.
