I need a video editing together from my images and video

Hi everyone

I have series of still images and some videos I need putting together to represent my work

Here is the Brief

1) I will provide start image and title and then a start/first video
2) I will then give you series of still images and videos that need to be in the film
3) The start and end video are at the required length and do not need trimming
4) The videos should trimmed and run for 10 seconds each. Or shorter videos at the length already.
5) The still images shown for 3 seconds
5.1) Transitions should fade in and out nicely

8) I like the way the still images and videos are zoomed in and slowly move inwards

I need someone excellent in the English language that I can communicate easily with and I need someone that can do the work fairly quickly . If you have an example of your video editing then please include in reply.

There are around 15 videos and about the same images to work with.

Remember, the theme is TIME, any overlaid imagery should be to do with time. Gears, equations, lots of numbers etc
Maybe numbers could do an overlaid burst between slides or something visually interesting.
