I need a professional looking intro and exit clip for property virtual tour videos

We are a three branch estate agent based in East Yorkshire and would like someone to produce intro and exit clips for each of the three branches that are similar (but much better) to the ones on the link below. In an ideal world, we would like a bespoke program creating to make the production of the whole video much easier but the cost of that might be prohibitive (please let me know if you think differently). Or if you know of an existing program that will work for us then that would be good but it needs to be easy to use.

We need to be able to put the property address and price into the clip easily.
