I need a Long-Term editor for my YouTube channel

I’ve got an audience of 400K subscribers on TikTok, and am looking to start a Youtube channel where I’ll make videos 2 times a week on topics around the future of money, investing and creator entrepreneurship.

I’ve got a lot on my plate and I find it difficult to take time for editing consistently well.

I’m looking for an editor to help me turn my videos into easy-to-watch videos - with editing optimized for watch time (keeping viewers engaged) and ease of understanding.

Ideally you would provide the final version of the cut. I’ve typically worked in iMovie so far, but I’m happy to adapt to any software if any final changes are needed before publishing.

I’m planning to do this consistently for at least 2 years (and hopefully much more), so I’m looking for someone I can work with on a long-term basis.

We would work over Google Drive, and ideally, with frame.io over time.
