I need a 4-5 minute professional video for marketing a property

I need a 4-5 minute professional video presentation.
The purpose of the video is to market a residential property and promote my business.

We do renovations and refurbishments to residential property and the video will show before and after shots to highligh the improvement and changes made.

The video will be made of video clips and photographs that I will supply. The total lenght and size of video clips and photos is pretty signifficant so I assume I will need to post you a dvd with that content.
The video will need to contain slides with text and background music.

I am only looking for freelancers with a proven track record and samples on PPH or their websites.
