I need a 10 second animation video

We need a short (around 10-15 second) video that is essentially a logo reveal for our attached logo.

As a rough storyboard, we're keen to have a white screen that clears like clouds (actual photographic type video of clouds, rather than drawn) to show just the wording of the logo against a blue sky colour - then the petals of the logo blowing in from behind to form the face part of the logo before clouds blow back in and cover the whole thing it to a completely white screen again...
