I’m looking for a long-term editor for my YouTube channel :)

Hey there!

I’m looking for an editor for my YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/c/JerineNicole24). This is going to be a long-term relationship. I’m making 1 video per week that will need editing, and intend to keep this up for the next year.

Workflow:
1. I’d upload the raw files to Google Drive, and you’d edit them as you like (using my style) including B-roll, text-on-screen, background music, etc.
2. You’d upload a draft to Frame.io for me to review and incorporate any feedback that I make.
3. I will do the final export and upload the video to my YouTube channel (might change in the future and will probably delegate this task too)

Requirements
1. Use Final Cut Pro. This is a dealbreaker I’m afraid. I want to be able to make changes to the project myself if needed.
2. Strong English communication skills.
3. To understand my vibe, please watch 5 of my most recent videos to understand the vibe I’m going for. In particular, putting text on screen and being able to emphasize the right words
4. An eye for detail. The text needs to be centred and uniform etc. it’s the details that count.
5. Someone who’s able to find B-roll clips from places like my Google Drive library, without being prompted.
6. Someone who’s comfortable finding background music (I use Epidemic Sound) and using multiple tracks across the same video to create different vibes.
7. Really good internet connection to upload videos very fast.

Nice to Have:
1. Someone who takes initiative in suggesting things to incorporate into the edits
