I'd like my videos to be spliced together & sync'd to the audio

I recorded an interview with my grandad and am looking for someone who can make two videos for me from my recordings; splicing the videos together, editing the parts where I'm restarting the video recording out of the audio/video and syncing the videos to the audio.
I have roughly: 2.5 hours of audio over 2 files, 2.5 hours of video over 9 videos and another 3 hours of video (2.5 hours are the same scene, different angle, plus 30 mins of a different scene) over 10 videos. I had to take multiple videos because of storage limitations.
There are two scenes; the longer one is myself and my grandad sat down on the sofa together, and the other is a video of us looking at photos. The first video will be of the sofa, and the second video of the photos.
