GoPro video editing

Hi!
I have about 2.5 hours of GoPro recordings in mp4 full HD.
Everything should be edited in such a way as to take away bad repetitions and record videos and merge all material into one long video. The superscripts to add (place and date) would be roughly 20, and I would also make a choice of about 50 photos that should be associated. The position of the inscription and the photograph I would have indicated in advance.
Long videos should also be shortened to 15-20 minutes of key moments short video, and on this shorter video, tweak 2 or 3 songs as a background.
There are all for home use so I do not need special quality, and I also have no time limit.
