Full-Time Video Editor Needed for a MotoGP YouTube Channel

We run multiple fast-growing sports channels on YouTube, with more than 750,000 subscribers and over 200 million views combined. After years of working in the sports niche and building channels that consistently perform, we recently launched a MotoGP channel built on everything we have learned.

What sets us apart is pretty straightforward. We are not in this to chase quick money or pump out videos just because the algorithm wants it. We care about the craft. We want to make videos we are genuinely proud of, the kind that make fans feel something and remind them why they love the sport in the first place. Every project should feel like the whole team put real effort into it. If a video goes live with our name on it, it should represent the standards we believe in. We want to build a channel where the quality is obvious, the storytelling matters, and everyone involved can look at the final product and say, “Yeah, we did that right.”

We are looking for a full-time video editor who wants to help build something meaningful from day one. You do not need to be a MotoGP, or even a sports expert, but you should care about making videos that look great, feel great, and actually leave an impact on the viewer.

What We Are Looking For:

Strong storytelling ability and attention to detail
A genuine desire to make work you are proud of
Ability to work within a structured team workflow
Reliability, consistency, and clear communication
Willingness to learn MotoGP if you are new to the sport
A long-term mindset and interest in growing with the channel

This is a full-time role. We expect a minimum of four videos per month. If you can handle more, we are happy to provide additional work.
