Film editing

I have four 30 minute video films. Each film needs editing down into 5-8 shorter 'quotes' and sending back to me. I have all the quotes timed so I know when I want them to start and finish - so easy to just cut them out and send back. About 25 short edits in all across the 4 films. Each mini clip is about 30-90 seconds long. So circa 20 mini clips in total across the 4 films. Could you give me a quote to let me know how much that would cost me?
