Film 'clone stamp' - Adding/copying some extra sky or ground to an easy film clip

This is a quick/small job and we need a really good eye/hand.

We have a film clip (6 seconds) which does not fit the framing/dimensions of the rest of the film. There are bars at the top of bottom that we want replaced with either the sky or the ground. Whichever will look best and not noticeable. We will also add a slow zoom out to it so we need about 5% of sky/ground added to screen. It is not a complicated shot with moving camera.

What would be really helpful is for someone to add the missing land/sky using the .mxf file we have which already has the coloring added. We are short on time. We do have a R3D Red file as an alternative
