Explainer Video

We’re looking for someone to create a short, clear explainer video for our customer portal.

The aim is to produce a simple, professional walkthrough showing how the portal works, highlighting the main features and functionality in an easy-to-understand way.

What we need:

A screen-recorded explainer video of our customer portal
A clear walkthrough showing how the portal works and what different areas/features do
A temporary voiceover recorded by you to explain the portal (this will likely be professionally voiceovered again later, but your narration will help structure the video and flow)
A clean, professional edit that is simple, engaging, and easy to follow
Final video length: maximum 75 seconds

Important:

You will not be responsible for the presenter/intro section — we may add an introduction with a presenter at a later stage
The video should focus on clearly explaining the portal and how it works in a concise, polished way
We want something professional and modern, but not overly corporate or robotic

Ideal person:

Experienced in creating explainer or walkthrough videos
Good at simplifying information and showing systems clearly
Comfortable recording a temporary voiceover to guide the edit and flow
Able to create clean, professional screen recordings and editing
