Editor for Talking Head/Podcast (Virtual Background needed)

We are seeking a talented video editor to help launch and grow our new video podcast on YouTube. The ideal candidate will have experience with talking head videos and a flair for creating dynamic, engaging edits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Seamlessly add virtual backgrounds utilising AI.
- Perform colour grading for a polished and professional look.
- Integrate licensed music (access to an artist subscription provided).
- Create engaging edits with creative cuts, pacing, and transitions.
- Deliver clips optimized for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Add text overlays, subtitles, and motion graphics to enhance engagement.
- Edit audio for clear, high-quality sound.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Expertise in colour grading and green screen techniques.
- Creativity to produce visually captivating edits.
- Knowledge of music integration and editing to match pacing.
- Familiarity with social media formats and trends.

What We’re Looking For:
- A portfolio showcasing work with talking head videos and social media edits.
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative spirit.
- Passion for storytelling and podcasting.

Duration: 20–30-minute final edits (based on 30-40 minutes of raw footage).
Budget: Please provide your hourly/project rate.
