Editing short videos from raw footage

I have approx 90 minutes of video footage (made of 350 short videos from just 2 seconds long, up to 2 minutes long).
I would like to turn them into 4 short videos of approx 40 seconds each.
The footage was taken during the outdoors photoshoot of a collection of mens underwear. Most of the footage is actually of poor quality, either too shaky or blurred or too short - that footage will not be used.
What is needed is to find the "good" footage and to edit it into small videos that will then be posted online. The videos will be the "making of" the photoshoot.
Once the video has been edited, I will also need music to be added, as well as a short title.
