Editing for educational video

I need some help with editing an educational video.
I recorded the video already, but:
- I made several mistakes, those part should be removed.
- I recorded my screen while I was presenting a slide deck. The screen has speaker notes. I don't want to display those. Instead, I'd like to insert the individual images that make the presentation.
The video is ~40m long and has 193 individual slides.
