Editing educational product 'how to' training videos

We are in need of a videographer to edit videos for our content library to help onboard clients. It would be to trim and connect videos, add subtitles and graphics, zoom in or specific screen areas, highlight sections on the screen being explained. Looking for a long-term partner to work with our team ongoing. Videos will be for marketing, onboarding, training and demonstrations purposes. Must have video editing skills and graphic design capacity.
