Editing and compiling a countrwide cycle

I recently cycled across Thailand and took a ton of footage on my drone, my ihphone and my gopro 360 and now id like to bring it all together in a number of short clips with music. I have commentary on some clips and have documented my health along the way. (Im a type 1 diabetic) - Id like to commission 1 video initially and then potentially more (up to 10).

Im not a youtuber or vlogger, this is just for the benefit of friends and family.
