Editing 9 videos for a website, with Thumbnail creation too

Project Overview:
We have nine raw videos, each lasting between four and nine minutes. These videos show our employees talking about different topics that relate to our website content. We want to turn these into fun and engaging videos that clearly explain the information on our web pages.

Tone and Style:
The videos should be both professional and lively, keeping a fun feel throughout. To show what we're looking for, here are examples of videos that have the style and tone we like:

Music and Sound:
We'll use upbeat and happy music, but only at the beginning and end of the videos. There shouldn't be any music playing while people are talking. The overall sound quality needs to be clear and smooth in every video.

Graphics and Visuals:
We need a few things for the videos:

Opening and closing screens (we already have these and will provide them later),
A graphic that asks viewers to subscribe to our channel, appearing after the video introduction,
Additional graphics and visuals to support the video content,
A thumbnail for each video that fits the style (we'll talk about this more later).
Editing Style:
The video editing should make the videos dynamic and interesting. This includes cleaning up the speech to remove any unnecessary words or pauses, ensuring smooth changes between topics, and keeping a consistent and engaging flow.

Branding Guidelines:
Once we agree to work together, we'll give you our company logo, color scheme, and other branding elements. These should be added into the videos in a way that looks natural.

Delivery Format and Timeline:
The final videos should be in the best quality possible. We need them by Tuesday, 23rd April 2024.
