Edit Video Testimonial

I have recorded a video testimonial with a client and need this to be edited such that it is suitable to be used on my website and in other media. The recording is 3 minutes long and needs to be edited down to 45-60 seconds approximately. There is plenty in the recording that is obvious to remove.

Video was made by recording a Zoom call so I would need myself removing from the final video and be left with around 45-60 seconds of my client saying nice things about my business!

The picture and sound quality of my client look OK but if you can do anything to improve these that would be appreciated.
