Edit the highlights of a cricket match based on Premiere Pro

This video was multi-cam and filmed in 2009. I have a copy of the original scorebook and I have a shot list for editing for the editor to reference.

I started editing this project many years ago and I still have the original Premier Pro project and the edit so far.

I need someone who understands cricket scoresheets and can continue the edit from where I left off to finish the video.

I need someone to pick the best angle from the multicam camera choice for each shot. I need someone to check the audio and fix it where you can hear machinery and walkie-talkies in the background. It needs to include a good transition between each highlight such the one I have used with the graphic of a cricketer and the sound of a ball wiping across the screen with the sound of a ball hitting the bat.

I need the up to date scores shown on screen like they would be on television. We have the batting order, shot list, names, etc available to you.

The multicam has already been sync'd in Premier Pro if you're able to open the file from that long ago and all the footage, music, and graphics used so far are all in a folder structure.
