Do you want the social clips in vertical format, horizontal, or both?
Should captions match a specific brand font or be in a standard readable style?
Are you looking for subtle color grading or a more stylized cinematic look?
Do you prefer the 20 clips to be evenly spaced across the episode or focused on the most engaging parts?
Will you provide a music bed for intro/outro, or should I source royalty-free tracks? -

Hey Merlin,
Kindly address some of my concerns regarding the project so that I can deliver exactly what you are looking for:
- Do you already have a preferred editing style or example podcast you'd like this final edit to emulate (e.g. cinematic, casual, high-energy, etc.)?
- How do you envision the final layout of the multi-cam angle cuts — dynamic switching based on speaker emphasis or a more minimalist, single-angle-focused edit with cut-ins?
- Are there any specific transitions, lower thirds, or branding elements you'd like to see consistently throughout the podcast and social clips?
- For the 20 short-form clips, do you want each to follow a specific format — like storytelling hooks, motivational moments, or value-packed takeaways — or should I extract what I feel will perform best based on current trends?
- Are you planning to release episodes on a consistent schedule (e.g. weekly), and would you be open to working with an editor who can also build systems to speed up future episodes without sacrificing creativity?
- Is this a one-off episode or are you building a longer-term podcast brand? If it's ongoing, I'd love to help build a custom editing style that scales while staying true to your voice.
Thank You!
