Edit my talking head YouTube videos on an ongoing basis

I need an editor to edit 1 video per week for me so i can maintain a 1 video per week upload schedule to YouTube.

The videos I create are talking head to camera with b-roll and on sacreen graphics. See an example here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h7YOLEDLVK8

I will provide a script with detailed instructions about which sections are to camera and which b-roll should be used. I'll also provide all a-roll footage, b-roll footage and on screen graphics.

I need someone to edit the video together, colour grade, add SFX and music. I would also appreciate any and all ideas for making the videos as good as they can be.

I would like to work with someone who uses Premiere Pro as that's what I use.

I would like to maintain a 1 video per week upload schedule and can provide the assets for each video 2 weeks in advance of the upload date. I'll need videos turned around in a few days each so we can review, proivide feedback and have any edits made before publishing.
