Edit interview video footage into a set of professionally produced clips

We're looking for top quality video editor to produce a set of 10 interview videos, each are 2-5 minutes long, from our raw digital video footage of the interviews (the raw footage is only a total of a couple hours across all the interviews, so you won't have to wade through much irrelevant footage or decide what chunks to cut). We don't need to slice out much content, we just need to 1) polish the quality (e.g. by changing the frame rates for some panoramic background shots, adjusting brightness/coloring, etc); 2) overlay a separate audio track and sync it with the footage, as the video camera's own audio has a lot of background noise--it would also be helpful if you could enhance the audio track to reduce background noise and improve the clarity of the interviewers' and interviewee's voices.
