Edit 6 short reels (crop, zoom) for IG

Hello,
I have 6 short videos (about 10 to 25 seconds) that I shot with my phone and they need to be edited before posting as reels on IG.
-all of them need to be resized with ration 16/9
-4 of them need to be cropped / zoomed
-1 of them needs to have a voice taken out (just a couple of seconds towards the end)
-1 of them needs to have the sound of the wind reduced (or taken out), so that we can hear the voices better
