DVD file converted to MOV

Convert Video TS files (DVD video) into an MOV that I can edit in Premiere Pro.

Hi, my wedding video was burnt onto a DVD. It's the only copy I have but I want to be able to edit it in Adobe premiere pro however I'm told the files need to be converted first. I'd like it turned into a simple MOV so that I can edit it or add it as is to youtube. I'm guessing this is a fairly short job for someone with the technical know how.
