Creation of a professional Hugh quality collation of videos

We have 5 videos which need to be presented/ edited together... in my mind I would love it to look like a book so we turn a page for the next video. Corporate internal use so need high quality finish as priority.
We can provide the graphics and colours for the holding pages between, there will be an title page and then names/ divider pages please, and background music between etc.
Need relatively quick turn around, I have 3 of the videos waiting for 2 more.
