Creating an engaging promotional video

I need help making a video no longer than 15 seconds. The goal of the video is to promote our eco friendly clothing brand. The brand is called RIVANA and At Rivana, we’re committed to protecting marine life by reducing waste, using non-toxic dyes, and keeping harmful chemicals out of our waters. The video is not directly emphasising the clothes but the mission. We want it to be emotional and engaging. We have also created a script we want to follow. However, we also want you to add your creative touches to make it event better. This is the script, please let me know if you are able to make it.
