Create short video clips from 100 min Webinar

I have 2 clips of the same webinar (different angles), I want them spliced down into a series of short videos (60, 90 and 120-second options) to showcase the learning available on the webinar. Showcasing key messages. Ideally to share on social media - Insta stories, etc

Looking for around 20 videos, with branding and subtitles. I have licensed music and branding to be used in the videos.
