Create reels, tiktoks, shorts on an ongoing basis

I am looking for someone who can make me clips for instagram reels, tiktoks and youtube shorts. I need you to give me prices:

1. The price per clip
2. The price per clip edit for new text

The clips will be made up of scenes from films created for the "self help" audience, edited with music and to have captions added. I will also potentially want some clips made with speeches and subtitles added too.

I will provide details of scenes i want used from each movie. And i will want to re use each clip made with multiple different captions.

I will want to be able to see examples of reels you have already made.
