Create a DVD with menu and 11 video files

I need you to create a DVD ready file, bringing together 11 video files and I will also need you to create a DVD menu and sub menu using some artwork I provide. - The file needs to be ready to be burned onto a dvd disc and then will work in standard DVD players. The main menu will come up first with options "Play All" or "Song List" - The play all option will cause all videos to play in order, the song list option will take you to a sub menu where any of the 11 individual videos can be selected to play. I'm sure this is pretty simple stuff for anyone who know's what they are doing. I have 2 files already and the other 9 are currently in production and should be ready in the next 7 days.
