Create 20 second video of photos

I need someone to be able to create approx 20-second videos of my construction projects being before and after with some pics of the construction also. There needs to be nice background music and some brief text as an introduction and at the end have contact details.

The video will need to be for instagram, facebook and my website.

A lot of the photos will need to be edited slightly as they were taken on smart phone.

I need a price per video as there will be a number of videos to create.
