Covert 10 short videos (max 45 mins) into mp3 files

I have 10 video interviews each averaging 30-45 mins in length. I recorded the interviews on photo booth on my Macbook Pro.

I want to upload each of the video's on line but finding the files too big to email or upload.

I need to covert them into MP3 files so they are easy to upload and email.

I can't attach an example of the files with this message as the file size is too big.

So you would need to be based in the UK so I could post the files on a memory stick.

Would also like to give the videos a title and credits.

I need the job completed in 10 days.
